My tuition includes weekly lessons for the studio year, personalized Boombox listening playlists, licensed studio music library access, lending library access, assignment notebooks, lesson planning, instructional resources, recital venue and supplies, and studio-sponsored performance opportunities. Books, festival fees, and achievement-testing fees are separate.

My regular studio year runs September through May — 31 weeks, with 29 lessons purchased per student. Tuition is averaged into nine monthly payments, so some months include more or fewer lessons than others. I publish the studio calendar before each studio year.

I offer summer lessons, but they’re optional — summer tuition is based on the number of lessons scheduled that month.

I currently offer an annual spring recital, local festivals, and events through the local MTNA chapter.

I currently work with homeschool partnerships. Families are responsible for any tuition not covered by their partnership, divided across the nine monthly payments.

The first step toward enrolling is requesting an Interview Lesson — a chance for me to meet the student and see if it’s a good fit. It’s not automatic enrollment: after the Interview Lesson, I follow up to let you know either way.
